How to access the full text of journal articles

1. All full text access is based on recognition of your NOAA computer's IP address at the publisher website. No IP filtering is done by the library website.
2. If you can not access content directly from your NOAA computer, ask your IT division if there is a proxy or VPN service that your office uses to provide access.
3. No additional full text is available via username/password login, however additional site features are often available with free registration.
4. Many databases will have links to full text articles in the results, however, not all articles available to you online are linked.
5. If a journal is not available through NOAA Seattle Libraries, request an article.
